Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed for shipment.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.
Non-Refundable Items: Personalized, custom, or clearance items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
