Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

 

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed for shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds:

 

  • Refunds are applicable only for defective or damaged items, subject to review.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team.

 

Non-Refundable Items: Personalized, custom, or clearance items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
